SET 02How sessions run
Fewer drills for the sake of drills.
A session usually starts with movement and a warm-up rally so I can see what your strokes actually do under normal conditions, not what they do after ten minutes of instruction.
From there we pick one or two things worth changing, work them in isolation, then put them straight back into rallying or points so the change has somewhere to live.
You should leave knowing what you worked on and why it matters. If you can't explain it to someone else, the lesson didn't land.
